How did the PR say anything about saying it would

How did the PR say anything about saying it would take longer. Last time it hit 38 was July 24th and I saw a lot of sell orders, but I said to myself maybe it will hit higher if not yesterday, then today.
Makes me mad because ENTB hit support at .0006 last time it traded at that was on the 19th & 20th and before that, on Dec 27 of last year! Only 2 ticks above the lifetime low of .0004 so I was thinking aloud, I should have sold them yesterday and wait for ENTB to drop to .0004, but .0001 would be the ULTIMATE price to get that stock at as you cannot lose any money from .0001 & every tick it goes up from there you make that many times fold on your investment!
I was also looking at CBYI as that had a move from .0013 to .002 today that would have been an 80% return! I could have used the proceeds from selling BMSN (had I sold it yesterday) to get into this trade because my brokerage lets me trade with unsettled funds but if I got out of the trade before the sale of BMSN settled my account would not be allowed to trade with unsettled funds for 90 days. CBYI has been making moves like that all week long!
