Winnebago Industries Announces Leadership Changes for Growth

Winnebago Industries Leadership Evolution to Support Growth
Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) has made exciting changes to its executive leadership team to bolster its strategic direction. These adjustments come at a time when the company is looking to further establish its dominance as a key player in the premium outdoor recreation market.
Michael Happe, President and CEO of Winnebago Industries, expressed that the recent changes are crafted to maintain agility within the organization while focusing on future expansion. “Our goal is to enhance our capacity to serve customers, support our valued employees, and deliver consistent value to shareholders,” he said.
Newly Created Group Leader Roles
Effective September 1, 2025, Winnebago Industries will welcome several new group leaders as part of its transformative strategy:
Marine Group Leadership
Jeff Haradine takes on the role of Senior Vice President - Marine and President of Barletta Boats. He will lead the Barletta pontoon business daily, while also providing oversight to the Chris-Craft business. Steve Heese remains President of Chris Craft and will report directly to Haradine. Together, they aim to foster growth and innovation within the marine segment.
Motorized RV Group Updates
Casey Tubman has been promoted to Group President for both Newmar and Winnebago Motorized, and will also oversee corporate strategic planning. Chris West will continue to lead the Winnebago-brand Motorhomes and Specialty Vehicles and will report to Tubman. This structure ensures focus on revitalizing the Winnebago-brand motorized business.
Towable RV Group Contributions
The Towable RV segment will continue to be led by Don Clark as Group President, maintaining oversight of Grand Design RV and Winnebago-brand Towables. Winnebago Towables is positioned distinctly, continuing to thrive independently from Grand Design RV.
Ashis Bhattacharya’s Retirement and Transition
Ashis Bhattacharya, who has been a cornerstone of the advanced technology, corporate ventures, and engineering services at Winnebago since he joined in 2016, is set to retire on October 3, 2025. Bhattacharya played a crucial role in transitioning Winnebago from a single-brand motorhome manufacturer to a prominent portfolio of premium outdoor recreation brands.
Reflecting on Bhattacharya’s influence, Happe stated, “His dedication to a customer-first approach has positively impacted every aspect of our company. We deeply appreciate his unwavering commitment to our mission.”
