CEO’s track record—repeated missed deadlines, promises— Past performance ???
Optimism without evidence is denial,
The record of stalled pivots, with no launches materializing—isn't a well written blueprint for the future..
Even the open shareholder letter asking for simple updates went unanswered.
Signs of a CEO "Ghost" in charge.
Sometimes it helps when the CEO reads the board, he gets a perspective of what the shareholders "Concerns" are, possibly address them. ????
