$AACS is SEEKING MERGER/ACQUISITIONS Management has revised its business strategy to include expansion into other lines of business through the acquisition of other companies in exchange for the Company?s stock to facilitate manufacturing contracts under negotiation. In conjunction with the anticipated new contracts, management is currently negotiating new debt and equity financing, the proceeds from which would be used to settle outstanding debts at more favorable terms, to finance operations, and to complete additional business acquisitions.
