docj: Sadly, dealing with frivolous class action claims is a cost of doing business for many companies. As a shareholder, I am not concerned about such lawsuits.

Having read the briefs filed by the parties relating to CYDY's motion to dismiss this complaint (which motion was ultimately denied by the court), I was very concerned that a jury, especially a liberal jury, might conclude that some of the claims had merit (in terms of misconduct and causation) and that consequential damages would have been very substantial.
