Hi All,

I noticed on one of the other boards that people are claiming that Kelly is non-responsive as a president of BIEL.

This is a bold face lie. (One among many on that site.)

I recently had a question about my order and she promptly responded and it was very cordial. While she didn't reply when I shared that I was a proud shareholder, it was nice to see her Thanksgiving message. She appreciates shareholder support.

I still don't understand why people go to sites that offer nothing but obfuscation and outright lies.
