I believe based on the occasional mailing I get notifying me of a settlement I was unaware of that’s letting me know I can submit a claim, this would be similar but I don’t know that for sure. I like your long hypothesis where the shares granted would be valuable and held tightly. Same for the post on Reddit this morning postulating that if everyone who bought during that timeframe is eligible to submit a claim, it would be best to do so otherwise those dollars or shares will just get spread to the people who do, specifically including the assholes who signed up for this lawsuit in the first place. It would be nice to ensure they see as little as possible.
