Jake: Great reply. General question on settlement…As a rule I ignore these trolling lawsuit firms hence did not apply to be part of the class action. The settlement money is meaningless, my concern is the distribution of the shares and their potential to be sold and act as price headwinds. Would the shares be distributed to all shareholders who purchased during the period or only to stockholders that signed up to be represented? If broadly to all purchasers during the designated period it would end up in the hands of longs who would be reticent to sell at current prices.
