Come Next Monday: Turkeys in the Rear-View, Reindeer in the Headlights If there's still no shareholder letter, no DNS filing, no OTCQB app, no anything by New Year's Eve...
then 2026 looks exactly like 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025:
Another year of "very soon," "any day now," and "new beginnings" that never begin.
Footnote: Why I Keep Asking for the Letter/Filing
If he files one, hopefully we're okay. If not, one becomes a possibility.
If/when a reverse split shows up in an 8-K, he can always say, "I never promised that publicly" or "circumstances changed."
I understand this is from a few years back, but now his messaging isn't completely satisfying shareholders. Volume's getting lower, PPS is dropping.
There is zero public record of David ever saying the full phrase "no reverse split" (or "no RS"
anywhere I've been able to find.
The only thing that ever came out to the boards is the clipped, two-word version: "no reverse"........always second-hand.
The exact phrasing ("no reverse"
is deliberately vague and non-committal. It sounds reassuring, but it's legally meaningless and gives him total deniability later.
He didn't lie in any verifiable public statement (so no SEC accountability), but he let shareholders hear what they desperately wanted to hear through the grapevine.
It's a classic penny-stock pacifier tactic.
Lets all hope for the material event filing, or he publicly makes a statement with the entire phrase, so this doesn't become a reality.
