I also posted before about a thought I had wondering if when pdl1+ patients are treated with ICI's first, as normally happens .
If it might upregulate ccr5.
The opposite of what we are doing.
(The recent SABC PR also stated
"When proceeded by" or "when followed by" an ICI.)

I think its going to, ici's alone are not always successful for some reasons.
