Here is a statement from the 2005-25 Sept shareholder letter

I want to know how pdl1 levels between tumor biopsy and liquid biopsy typically correlate

A *search* said (im not posting it all, i started not to even make this post)

"Concerns about concordance: Other studies show that some liquid biopsy assays (like LDTs, or laboratory-developed tests) **may be discordant and could underestimate high PD-L1 positivity compared to tissue biopsy with established assays like 22C3"

Maybe its wrong and maybe its right. ( i hope its right!)
Perhaps someone smarter of more willing to dive into multiple papers can answer

I mean dont get me wrong. Im no fan of future AI. (I actually dont use a program. I just type into google like I have for years.)
