Ok. Then the whole figure 4 graph is confusing
The graph shows black outlines around 10 patients who received 350mg
6 of those 7 had no follow up CTC scans
So my only conclusion is of the 18 patients without black outlines around the bars.
5 of those I had assumed were strictly 525mg actually started out at 350mg but the were just not designated as such in the graph. ( would they put black outlines around patients who later jumped to 525mg )
Thats actually better news that so many of those still upregulated but were not on the full 525mg dose the entire time
