Here's some if what I think happened with the 12.
It's all in that same graph
7 patients of the 28 didn't even have follow up CTC scans. ( So that would preclude them from any type claim). They might have been lowered or not. 6 of those 7 received 350mg though. 3 of the 6 without follow up scans who recieved 350mg were way above the median pdl1 line. Who knows what happened to them. Might have just exited the trial and got treated right then with ici.
Of the other 4 patients receiving 350mg and who had followup scans. 1 elevated pdl1 above the median line
