Is this based on the 12 month trial duration? The primary endpoint of the trial is ORR. The year long follow up is for safety and to see duration of response. Once a patient progresses on leronlimab, the patient has had their best overall response and would be withdrawn from treatment and so can be rolled over to treatment with ICI.
