I've been coming to this site for a while, but never felt compelled to post until recently. Now to preface, this post isn't intended to sway people one way or the other regarding the stock.

I always buy directly from the company's website. I believe you can tell a lot about a company from the experience. And as someone who used to work in the industry, there are definitely tell-tale signs.

I haven't bought in a while, so I don't know how long the changes have been in place. I will say that there are now a number of changes in place. It is obvious that these changes took time and money.

Now, why would a company do this when their bare-bone set up worked just fine? Just my opinion, but it seems like the company is ramping up for something. If anyone else buys directly from the company please share your experience.
