Misiu's pessimistic appraisal was based on an earlier assessment of enrollment. If Hoffman is correct, and we can enroll 15-20 patients in the CRC trial before the end of the year, then it would be shortly after the New Year when we have good news -- all patients switched to 700 mg. From there to PD-L1 elevation results could be a couple more months, and that is very big news.
