I can't tell you how happy I am about this. As a long since 2010, I had been imploring Nader et al to do traditional "grown up" financing. I even offered to raise the money for them at no cash cost. But, Nader didn't have any understanding of traditional financing and his arrogance blinded him. He always wanted to go the fast easy way, which resulted in toxic round after toxic round.
