You are correct and that is, indeed, a decent explanation for why nobody on the team outside of Cyrus has directly purchased shares.

However, in light of the compensation mgmt has received over the last couple of years, it would be great if they actually did buy shares, if only to send a positive message to shareholders and the market.

After the many years of support most shareholders have given them, it would be cool to see mgmt help the sp by making such a gesture. It’s a win-win — they’ll get more shares, shareholders like Cycl would stop complaining about it, and the sp would probably rise.
