Speaking of CytoDyn and North Carolina. I just saw that Tony Migs registered CytoDyn to do business in North Carolina back on 10Jan2022 - literally two weeks before NP resigned.
The North Carolina Secretary of State registration paperwork and eventual withdrawal signed by Tyler Blok on 7Nov2024.
