A100M raise in A/S, the dilution to money ratio is similar. But it would be sold on otc versus nasdaq and the o/s is starting to look heavy selling at 400M shares vs 20M. Again that is they are going to continue selling shares, which I hope is not the game plan for 2020, but has been up to this point.
