$NGTF NightFood Holdings, Inc. is a Nevada corporation organized on October 16, 2013 to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of NightFood, Inc., a New York corporation from its sole shareholder, Sean Folkson. All of our operations are conducted by the subsidiary, NightFood, Inc.
