INVL Asset Management Reshapes Fund Management Strategy
INVL Asset Management, a prominent alternative asset manager in the Baltic region, has made significant strides by merging with the asset management company Mundus. This transition allows INVL Asset Management to directly oversee the INVL Bridge Finance private debt fund, marking a new chapter in its evolution.
"We are confident that consolidating our fund management under one roof will enable us to optimize our human resources and utilize our extensive expertise in the alternative investment landscape more effectively. This move is designed to create enhanced value for our investors and portfolio companies alike. After the reorganization, operations of Mundus have ceased. Fund clients do not need to take additional action," states Paulius Žurauskas, CEO of INVL Asset Management.
Overview of INVL Bridge Finance
Originally established as an open-ended fund for informed investors in March 2015, INVL Bridge Finance is positioned for growth and sustainability. INVL Asset Management became the sole shareholder of Mundus, the prior management entity of the fund, in February of the previous year. Following the integration into the Invalda INVL group framework, the fund was renamed INVL Bridge Finance in November, reflecting its updated shareholder structure.
Continuity in Management Structure
Viktorija Vaitkevi?ien?, the Executive Partner of INVL Bridge Finance, highlights that while the management company is changing, the fund will continue to benefit from the same experienced team, now aligned with INVL Asset Management. This transition aims to ensure investors receive consistent management quality and performance.
