Conrad Black -- here's a lesson who think they have a free pass to libel a public figure.

Conrad Black is an actual criminal who served over 3 years in jail for his financial crimes.  Does that mean anybody can libel him at will, open season?  Nope, no way.  Not even the chairman of the SEC who apparently settled libel charges with Conrad Black, paying this criminal for damaging his reputation with false claims:

"details of the settlement between Mr. Black and six others—among them former Securities and Exchange Commission chairman Richard Breeden —are confidential, and subject to approval in courts in Ontario and Delaware"

If a member of the SEC can't even get away with badmouthing with false claims a criminal while he is physically in jail, these cyper-clown losers are in for a rude awakening.
